Build the table.Keep the precision.
Precision laser-cut DIY welding fixture table kits for fabricators who already have the tools and would rather put their own labor into the build.
1/4" steel · 5/8" fixture holes · 2" centers · ±0.015" laser-cut component tolerance

Pick the footprint. Weld it your way.
The DIY kit is the standard Datum configuration. If you want us to weld the tabletop or build the complete table, those options are available at a premium.

The tabletop becomes the assembly fixture.
The laser-cut top establishes the reference plane. Tabs and slots locate the internal rib-and-stiffener matrix. Included assembly draw plates pull the structure tight against the underside of the top before welding.
- Lay the tabletop face-down
- Install the rib and stiffener matrix
- Install draw plates from the center outward
- Recheck previously tightened plates as the structure seats
- Tack the tab-and-slot joints
- Install perimeter panels and build the base
- Keep draw plates installed through the flip
Draw it tight before you weld it.
The supplied assembly draw plates bridge the internal ribs and bolt through the fixture grid. Tightening them pulls the rib structure firmly against the tabletop so the laser-cut geometry—not eyeballing—controls the fit-up.
Draw plates are temporary assembly tools and are removed only after the table structure is fully built and stable.

DIY is the product. Fabrication is the upgrade.
Every standard size is available in three configurations. The more shop labor you hand to us, the more you should expect to pay for it.

Laser-cut component tolerance: ±0.015" unless otherwise specified. This is a component tolerance, not a finished-table flatness guarantee.
DIY assembly: final table flatness, geometry and finished condition depend on proper fit-up, weld sequence, heat control and fabrication technique.
Raw steel: normal mill variation, handling marks, minor scratches, discoloration and light surface oxidation may be present when they do not affect fit or function.
Cancellations: orders may be cancelled before material is ordered or production begins. Once material is ordered or production begins, the order is non-cancellable and non-refundable except for a verified manufacturing defect or fulfillment error.
